KIDS YOGA (AGES 4-8 & 7-13)

Why Yoga for Kids? Children today live under a tremendous amount of stress. Stress affects the way they learn and interact with their surroundings. It affects their health, well-being and confidence. Yoga will improve their concentration, stimulate their creativity, and promote self esteem. Yoga will provide an avenue through which children can de-stress and become whole, healthy human beings. Yoga will unite the body, mind, and spirit. It is not only a good form of exercise, but will reduce your own stress and increase your mental concentration.

Sixteen Week Session:
January 10, 2008 - May 1, 2008
(No classes the week of April 7-12, 2008, for Spring Break.)
